This Privacy Policy lets you know what happens to any personal data that you provide to us, or any that we may collect about you. If you need any more information, contact us at support@afastore.com. It was last updated on 6th August 2024 to take into account new ways in which we use your personal data, and your rights in relation to it.
This policy applies only to personal information processed by or on behalf of Interactive Avenues pvt ltd. We share some of your information with Argentine Football Association (“AFA”) who shall be the controller of that data shared with them.
What personal information do we collect, why, and what are your rights?
We collect information from you when you visit our website (collectively our “Properties”), purchase something from us, contact us by telephone or email or receive a communication from us or otherwise interact with us on our social media channels, our advertising or our other properties that we operate. We also receive information about you from AFA. The provision of information to us is voluntary; however, if you do not provide us with Transaction information or Preference information, we may not be able to fulfil your order or provide you with updates. How long do we keep your information for?
We will only retain your personal information for the purposes set out in the policy and for as long as we have a legal or business requirement to do so. By law, different retention periods apply for to different types of records and data, however the longest we will normally hold any personal data is 5 years from the date of your last transaction, for taxation, accounting and risk management purposes. This may be extended in the event of a query, investigation or dispute until fully resolved.
