How long does it take to process my order?
It takes up to 48 hours for processing the order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
Post dispatch the time taken to reach you would vary depending on your pin code location from our warehouse.

What are the various updates I get for my order?
Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed & getting processed at the warehouse
Order Dispatched: Your order is dispatched to your address, you should be receiving it soon.
Order Delivered: Your order is delivered
Order Returned: Your order is returned to the warehouse either due to geographic limitations, 3 unsuccessful attempts by logistics partner or incorrect address. You can get in touch with the customer support team if you wish to have it delivered again. You can also have the order cancelled and we will initiate a refund for the same.
Order Cancelled: Your order can be cancelled due to failed payments, no service pincode location or a cancellation requested by you.

Are there any additional shipping charges?
No, there are no additional charges for deliveries of pre-paid and Cash on Delivery Orders

I did not get any confirmation SMS/Email. What do I do?
Fret not, you can always check the invoice of your purchase on your User Profile which can be accessed by logging in to AFA Store India on your desktop/laptop.

What if my order is delayed?
We try our level best to make sure that the order is delivered within 10 working days (not including weekends and public holidays).
On some occasions due to any unprecedented situation, the delivery may get delayed, however, rest assured you will receive the same.

How do I return my product?
If you agree with the terms and conditions mentioned in the Return Policy
Click on the "Helpdesk" section on the bottom side of AFA Store India Website, You can also access the Help section in AFA Store India website/APP from the FAQ page, Login page or My Accounts.
Please fill in the required details along with images of the product which you wish to return.
The price tags, brand tags and all packaging should be maintained as is for the Return to be accepted.

Refunds:
If the conditions of your order warrant a refund, as decided by the conditions outlined in the terms and conditions page, the refund will be initiated only after the product is received at the warehouse.
Your refund amount will be less Shipping charges and any additional shipping charges would be deductible from your total order amount in the case that additional logistics are involved

Can I cancel the order and reuse the coupon code?
Once an order is placed with the help of a coupon code and the order is later cancelled by the customer, the same cannot be reused.
Can the coupon code be reinstated if the order is returned without delivery?

Product out of stock
If the prepaid order is cancelled by AFA Store India due to the product being out of stock or the pin-code being non-serviceable the refund will be processed in 10-15 days to the source account

What is the AFA Store India Shop return policy?
We understand the possibilities of damages or defects. We want all our fans to make purchases with 100 percent satisfaction. Refund happens in case of return and prepaid order cancellation
Once the return pickup is completed and the quality check is approved, we raise a return request with banks which then takes 10-15 days to transfer the amount to the source account in case of preorder orders
In case of COD orders, we SMS the Cashfree link to users to enter the bank details post which the transfer happens via bank within 10-15 days
If the prepaid order is cancelled from our side due to the product being out of stock or the pin-code being non-serviceable the refund will be processed in 10-15 days to the source account
If the user cancels the prepaid order, refund will be processed in 10-15 days to the source account

How do I cancel my order?
You can raise a cancellation of the order, within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Please note, that once the order is processed by the warehouse, no cancellations would be permitted, even if within the said 24 hours. The order will be processed as per the usual procedure and you will have to raise a return request after you’ve received the same.

We accept cash on delivery for select pin codes. The option will be available on the Shipping page during checkout if your pincode is serviceable for cash on delivery.
